Apple and Canada Don't Make Babies
What the exact meaning behind that equation is, we aren’t really sure. What we do know is that it’s about as accurate as all the reports about Canada getting Apple’s iPhone. The Macworld thing happened, the futuristic stuff was invented… and Canada still gets to party like it’s 2006.

Doesn’t that phone cost over $400?
Shouldn’t it be left to rich graphic designers and suburban kids with their parent’s disposable love – I mean cash?
Please don’t promote the iphone anymore than it already has. We need to get it straight in our minds that phones should be $50-100 (if that) and that watching movies or approving Facebook gifts while on your skateboard isn’t cool. It’s geeky.

You are are obviously a very poor 40 year old (and sitting at your computer in your underwear day after day complaining about something on the internet is way geekier than doing the thing you said that nobody does).

It’s Rogers’ fault. They hold a GSM monopoly in Canada.
Last month they were even spreading bullshit about how the canadian wireless market was “competitive” through the CWTA, but they’ve since taken the page down.
The link is still there on rogers page
http://www.rogers.com/wireless
but it 404’s.
